A PSV (Public Service Vehicle) e-hailing license allows you to legally operate vehicles used for ride-hailing services such as Grab and other similar platforms in Malaysia. 1.Have no outstanding JPJ or police summonses, and be able to read and write.
2. Obtain the Form JPJL8A - Download or obtain the form from the JPJ website or from our platform.
3. Medical Check-Up - Complete a medical check-up using Form JPJL8A to confirm you meet the health requirements for a PSV license.
4. Document Submission and Registration - Submit the required documents and register for the PSV e-hailing course at the JPJ or an authorized driving school.
5. Attend the PSV E-Hailing Course - Attend the mandatory PSV e-hailing course which covers topics such as road safety, customer service, and regulations specific to e-hailing services.
6. Pass the Theory Test - Take and pass the PSV theory test to demonstrate your understanding of the course material.
7. Receive Your PSV E-Hailing License - Upon passing the theory test, you will be issued a PSV e-hailing license, enabling you to legally operate an e-hailing service vehicle.

2Only Malaysian Blue IC holder are eligible to apply
3Permanent Resident / RED IC holder / Foreigner are not eligible for this package.
4Competent Driving License (CDL) class D/DA must be valid more than one (1) year.
5Have passed the medical examination as required
