Process

1. Eligibility Check   - Ensure you meet the basic requirements: possess a valid Competent Driving License (CDL), be a Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident, be at least 21 years old, have no outstanding JPJ or police summonses, and be able to read and write.

2. Obtain the Form JPJL8A   - Download or obtain the form from the JPJ website or from our platform.

3. Medical Check-Up   - Complete a medical check-up using Form JPJL8A to confirm you meet the health requirements for an E Full license.

4. Document Submission and Registration   - Submit the required documents and register for the E Full course at a certified driving school.

5. Theory Course   - Attend the E Full theory course covering road safety, heavy vehicle regulations, and other essential knowledge for operating lorries and heavy vehicles.

6. Theory Test   - Pass the theory test that evaluates your understanding of the course material.

7. Practical Training   - Complete practical driving lessons with a certified instructor, focusing on handling and maneuvering a lorry.

8. Practical Test   - Pass the JPJ practical driving test to demonstrate your competence in driving a lorry.

9. Receive Your E Full License   - Upon passing all tests and fulfilling the requirements, you will be issued your E Full license, allowing you to legally operate heavy vehicles such as lorries and trucks.
